The store at /in/store has the same finished products as our US store: desk clocks, lamps and the PetalGlow candle holder set, all designed by us. There is no file to upload and no quote to wait for: you pick a colour, an option where there is one, and a quantity, and send a request at the rupee price on the page. Nothing is held in stock in India. Every product is printed to order in India by our print partner after you request it, in 1 to 3 business days, and then delivered across India in 3 to 7 days.
What is in the catalogue#
Products in three collections. Browse everything at /in/store, or a single collection at /in/store/desk-clocks, /in/store/lamps and /in/store/home-decor. A collection has its own page and a tab on /in/store only while something in it is on sale.

Some lamps are listed with a From price on the collection pages. That is a listing label, not a configurator: a request is priced at the price on the page whichever options you choose, because no option in the catalogue carries a price of its own.
What you can choose#
Two things: a colour, and on some products one named option. Both come from a fixed list held on the server. Every lamp has a Bulb Type option, ArcTick has a Face option, and nothing else has an option beyond colour.

Geoglow's description names six interchangeable shades: Crystal Dome, Facet Barrel, Prism Glow, Glaciar Drum, Ripple Spiral and Geo Gem. They are not a selectable option in the catalogue, so ask at /contact if you want a specific one.

Because each unit is printed after the request, a store product is not dispatched on the day you ask for it. PetalGlow's holders are for battery operated LED tealights only: never a real candle, an open flame, wax or any other heat source, because PLA softens with heat. PLA also sets the limits on where any of these products can live: keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, wipe it with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and keep it out of the dishwasher. A clock or lamp should not get above 60 °C; a PetalGlow holder should not be near any heat source at all.
Store product versus custom print#
In India both are printed by our print partner and delivered the same way. What differs is where the price comes from, and how much of the job you have to specify.

How to request a product#
There is no cart or checkout in India yet, so a product page has one button where the US page has Buy Now and Add to Cart: Request this, with the total beside it. You do not need an account to send a request.
- 1Choose it
Open the product at /in/store, then pick the colour (the set, for PetalGlow), the option if it has one, and the quantity. The page shows the goods in rupees and the delivery on them.
- 2Press Request this
A short form opens: name, email, phone (optional), city, six digit PIN code, and notes for anything we should know. Send the request.
- 3We reply by email
The team replies with the final price and how to pay. Nothing is charged when you send the request.
- 4Printed and delivered
Our print partner in India prints it in 1 to 3 business days, and it is then delivered in 3 to 7 days.
Priority print belongs to custom prints. A store product has no print speed to choose.
After you send a request#
The request goes to our team's inbox. The page confirms it was sent and says where the reply will go; no automatic email is sent to you. The reply gives the final price, delivery included, and how to pay. Card payment in rupees is not live yet.
Questions
How much does a store product cost in India?
Each product is priced in rupees at ₹20 a dollar of its US store price, rounded to the rupee, and the price is on its page at /in/store. Delivery is ₹79, free on orders from ₹999.
How do I buy a store product in India?
There is no cart or checkout in India yet. Choose the colour, any option and the quantity on the product page, press Request this, and fill in the short form: name, email, phone (optional), city, six digit PIN code and notes. We reply by email with the final price and how to pay. Nothing is charged when you send the request.
How long does delivery take in India?
Every product is printed to order in India by our print partner. It is printed in 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 3 to 7 days.
Is anything in stock in India?
No. Nothing is held in stock in India. Each product is printed after your request, including PetalGlow.
Can I get a store product in a colour that is not listed?
No. Each product has a fixed colour list, and a colour that is not on it is read as the first colour on the list. If you want a colour outside the list, request the shape as a custom print at /in/print instead. PetalGlow is chosen by set: a mixed set (one of each of its six colours) or a single colour set (all six in one of them), at the same price. Any other choice is refused rather than read as the first one.
Do the bulk discounts apply to store products?
No. The bulk discounts (5% off from 5 pieces, 10% off from 10 pieces) belong to custom prints of the same file, which are priced by weight. A store product is the price on its page times the quantity, and a request takes 1 to 20 of one product.
What does a launch price mean?
A new product can open at a launch price. Its page says so beside the price: a Launch price tag, and the regular price, crossed out, labelled with the day it starts. All of it comes down by itself when the launch ends. A request is priced at the price on the page when you send it.
